Personal Branding Workshop
Instructor-Led Training
This facilitator-led session introduced developing associates and supervisors to the concept of personal branding and its influence on career growth. Through interactive reflection activities, participants explored the key pillars of their brand and how daily interactions shape brand perception. The session empowered team members to take ownership of their career trajectory by identifying and enhancing their unique professional identity. As a result, over 85% of attendees opted into follow-up coaching conversations to continue refining and applying their personal brand.

This interactive job aid was developed to support call center associates in managing elevated guest interactions with confidence and consistency. Built in Excel, the tool features clickable categories and guided prompts to help agents quickly identify guest concerns and respond with effective, empathetic language.

Within one month of implementation, the initiative contributed to a 34% reduction in escalation calls to the customer experience department, highlighting its immediate impact on efficiency and service quality.
